EU simplifies visa regime for Armenia

Armenia and the European Union signed on December 17, 2012 an agreement on visa facilitation.

The contract involves the introduction of a simplified procedure for obtaining visas for entry into the Schengen area for members of certain groups of the population of Armenia, in particular, pupils, students, scientists, journalists, entrepreneurs, as well as for the disabled.
