Armenian FM receives newly-appointed representative of Council of Europe

Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandian received on Friday, January 14, 2013 the newly-appointed representative of the Council of Europe's Secretary General, Oleksandr Pavlyuk, News.am reports.
Welcoming the official, Nalbandian congratulated him on his appointment, expressing hope that progress in implementing joint programs will be reached during his mission.
