Odessa welcomed the Latvian President

On March 15, 2013, the President of the Latvian Republic Andris Bērziņš arrived to Odessa in the network of his official visit to Ukraine.

In the network of the visit, a Further Cooperation Memorandum was signed between Odessa Port and Latvian Ventspils Free Port.

After the official measures, Andris Bērziņš together with Odessa Coty Mayor Aleksey Kostusyev and Odessa Region Governor Eduard Matviychuk took part in a walking tour along the central part of the city.
