OECD expects 12 percent of Bulgarians to emigrate in 2014
15:29 17.06.2013
In its annual report, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) forecasts that 12 percent of the Bulgarians or some 880 thousand people would leave the country after labor restrictions are lifted next year.
Emigration has increased in the countries that have been worst affected by the global crisis. However, higher immigration does not mean higher state debt for accepting countries.
