Ukraine ups electric energy export
Ukraine ups electric energy export by 16.9% over January-May 2013.
Statistic information for January - May 2013 of the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry of Ukraine says about this.
Over this period, 4.022 billion kWh was exported, which is 16.9% or 582 million kWh up.
At the same time, 864.1 million kWh was exported in May, which is 1 million kWh down against the same period of 2012 and makes up 92.6%.
In total, over five months, 82.503 billion kWh was produced, which is 2.888 billion kWh less against the same period of 2012 and makes up 96.6%.
In May, 14.318 billion kWh was produced, which is 503.4 million kWh less against the previous period and makes up 96.6%.
Since January and until May, 63.189 billion kWh was consumed, which is 2.464 billion kWh less against 2012 and makes up 96.2%.
Energy consumption in May this year amounted to 11.170 billion kWh, which is 373.7 million kWh less against the previous year and makes up 96.8%.
