Ukraine plans to sign PSA with Eni and EDF on Black Sea shelf by 2014

Ukraine plans by the end of the year to sign production sharing agreements (PSA) with Eni (Italy), Electricite de France (EDF, France), Chornomornaftogaz and Waters of Ukraine LLC for the development of the Subbotina, Abikha, Mayachna and Kavkazka hydrocarbon blocks of the Black Sea shelf.
